Galaxy Note 8: Launched in India
After the debacle of the Galaxy Note 7 last year, Samsung has launched the Galaxy Note 8 in India at a price of Rs 67,900. The Note 7 which crashed & burned upon the launch harmed Samsung’s reputation in the smartphone market.
But with the launch of Note 8, Samsung is looking to appease the consumers from the fiery reputation of Note 7.
The Note 8 looks promising on paper with top-notch specifications every 2017 smartphone should have. It looks stunning with bezel-less design & hard to miss 6.3-inch Super AMOLED Display with improved S Pen features and much more.
And for the first time, Samsung’s smartphone is equipped with Dual Camera setup at the rear with a few cool tricks. It’s 12MP+12MP at the rear and 8MP on the Front.
The location of the fingerprint sensor is still not ergonomically placed as it was one of the biggest problems faced by the users of Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus. But the Iris-scanner will come to your rescue if you are having issues reaching the fingerprint scanner.
You can only buy the 64GB variant available in two colors – Midnight Black and Maple Gold.
Note 8 will be available online at Amazon and Samsung’s online store and offline at select retails stores across the country. Samsung will start the shipping of the Note 8 from 21st September.
